Midwest Beginnings

I grew up in the American Midwest with a love for people, food, and travel. After studying hospitality and communications in college, I spent several years working in nonprofit communications before a season of life that pointed me somewhere unexpected — Morocco.

Move to Morocco

I moved to Marrakesh in the spring of 2024 to launch Sarah's Table, a cultural food tour and hospitality company that partners with local guides, cooks, and artisans to give visiting groups an authentic experience of Moroccan life. Our tours wind through medinas, souks, and family kitchens — places most tourists never see.

I work primarily with visiting groups from North America — helping them slow down, pay attention, and build real relationships with Moroccan people. How to sit with someone. How to share a meal and mean it. How to listen before we speak.

Morocco is not a place that rewards rushing. I've learned this the slow way, and would not trade it.
